The 'Electrical Devices' clause defines the rules and requirements for the use, installation, and maintenance of electrical equipment within a specified context, such as a leased property or a workplace. Electrical Devices a. Electrical devices including (receptacles and switches) shall be rated according to the load served.
b. Electrical devices shall be white in color with white thermoplastic cover plates.
c. Exterior of cover plates for receptacles and junction boxes shall be labeled indicating the circuit and panelboard from which the device is fed.
Electrical Devices. 15.7.1 All instruments, accessories, and other equipment related to the electrical supply system (hereinafter: “Electrical Appliances”) belong solely to the landlord, whether or not the tenant shares in their purchase and/or installation and/or connection costs.
15.7.2 The tenant shall be prohibited from working on the electrical devices unless he receives prior written approval from the landlord to undertake such work that is not being done by the landlord.

d. All floor furniture feeds shall be flush type, and flush type to be provided at conference rooms. Floor devices must be 2 hr rated at second floor locations
Electrical Devices. A. All motors, starters, controls, instruments, and other electrical components and devices furnished with mechanical systems: listed and labeled for the purpose for which it is used by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) or equivalent nationally recognized testing laboratory acceptable to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industry and to the local administrative authority. Where one of these listings is required but not available, obtain written permission for a variance from the Authorities Having Jurisdiction. In addition, electrical components and devices shall comply with Division 16 of these Specifications.
Electrical Devices. The use of electrical or gas powered cooking devices is not allowed as is according to fire regulations. A non-observance will result in an immediate confiscation. The device will be returned when the resident departs. All other electrical devices (hairdryer, radio etc) have to be technically in working order and apply to the current regulations. Manipulation or alterations to technical appliances belonging to our building is strictly forbidden! Radios and televisions have to be registered at the GEZ.
