Electrical Design/Documentation. .01 During the Design Development Phase consisting of continued development and expansion of electrical Schematic Design Documents and development of outline Specifications or materials lists to establish: .01 Criteria for lighting, electrical and communications systems .02 Approximate sizes and capabilities of major components .03 Preliminary equipment layouts .04 Required space for equipment .05 Required chases and clearances. .02 During the Contract Documents Phase consisting of preparation of final electrical engineering calculations, Drawings and Specifications based on approved Design Development Documents, setting forth in detail the electrical requirements for the Project.
