ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. 14.1 The seller shall at the seller's own expense furnish a certificate of compliance from an accredited person in respect of all electrical installations on the unit in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Regulations made under the Machinery and Occupational Safety Act No. 6 of 1983. Such certificate shall be delivered to the purchaser prior to the date of possession.

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. The Seller shall, at its cost, have all electrical installations on the property inspected and certified in terms of the Occupational Health & Safety Act No 85 of 1933 and arrange, at its own cost, where necessary, for the repair or replacement thereof, prior to transfer, in order to obtain such certificate.
ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. The Seller shall, prior to registration of transfer, furnish the Attorneys with a valid "Electrical Certificate of Compliance" (as prescribed by law) covering the property. All expenses incurred in meeting the criteria for the issue of such certificate, including the certificate itself, shall be borne by the Seller. The Seller furthermore warrants to the Purchaser that to the best of his knowledge and belief there has been no addition or alteration to the electrical installation on the property since the issue of such certificate. Upon the Seller furnishing the said "Electrical Certificate of Compliance", the Purchaser shall have no claim whatsoever against the Seller and no further liability in this regard shall rest upon the Seller.
ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. The Seller shall, at its own costs obtain a valid electrical certificate of compliance as envisaged by the Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1993 and Government Regulation 2920 of 1992 and Seller shall be liable for whatever expenses or costs which may be involved in obtaining same including reparation costs to be effected in respect of the installation. Seller shall deliver the said certificate of compliance to the Seller’s conveyancers on or before the date of occupation by the Purchaser and/or on date of transfer, whichever occurs first. The Seller and the Purchaser warrants that they will not make any alterations to the electrical installation after the issue of the certificate of compliance.
ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. The Seller shall, prior to registration of transfer, at the Seller’s expense, provide the Seller’s Conveyancers with a Certificate of Compliance by an accredited person who is registered with the Electrical Contracting Board of South Africa in the form provided for in Annexure 1 of Government Regulation No R2920 dated 23rd of October 1992, being the Electrical Installation Regulations.
ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. 2.1.1. The Seller shall prior to the transfer date have the whole of the electrical installation of the property examined by an Accredited Person who is registered as such with the Electrical Contracting Board of South Africa.
ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. The Builder shall, prior to occupation by the Purchaser, at his cost have all electrical installations on the property inspected in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations of 1992. The Developer furthermore warrants that no alterations or additions to the property have been effected to the Electrical Installations since the issue of the certificate confirming compliance of the said regulations. The Developer shall deliver the said certificate of compliance to the Transferring Attorney prior to possession of the property by the Purchaser.

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. 23.1 The purchaser shall, at the purchaser's own expense, furnish the body corporate of the scheme with a certificate of compliance from an accredited person in respect of all electrical installations in the unit in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Regulations made under the Machinery and Occupational Safety Act No. 6 of 1983. Such certificates shall be delivered to the body corporate within 14 days of completion of the unit to be built on the Lot.
ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. The LANDLORD, confirms that it is in possession of a Certificate of Compliance issued by an Electrical Contractor in terms of the Electrical Installations Regulations contained in Regulation R2920 in Government Gazette No. 14350 dated 23 October 1992.
ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. The Seller shall at his cost deliver to the purchaser on or before the date of transfer a valid certificate of compliance and, if applicable, a test report in respect of the property, in regard to the electrical installation of the property in terms of the Electrical Installation Regulations of 2009 under the Machinery and Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 6 of 1983, as amended. Upon delivery of the said certificate and test report, no further liability or obligation shall rest upon the Seller in regard to such electrical inspection and the Purchaser shall have no claim whatsoever against the Seller. The Seller warrants that there have been no additions or alterations to the electrical installation subsequent to the issue of the said certificate. The Seller shall arrange at his/her expense to have the accessible timbers of the building (which excludes xxxxx houses, wooden fences and garden sheds) inspected by a registered inspector for infestation by hylotrupes bajulus and oxypleuris nodieri beetle and to have such infested timbers treated / replaced with new pre-treated timber.
