Electrical a. Fiber Optic Pull Boxes have been added to the legend. The locations of the Fiber Optic Pull Boxes should be shown on the plan layouts for E402A. Question was posed by the Township on 23 Aug '17 and responded to by Windlectric on 29 Aug '17. As noted in that response, "Fiber optic junction boxes will be installed as necessitated by spool lengths. Such junction boxes will be flush‐mounted boxes in accordance with the details shown on drawing no. E404A, Rev. G. Longitudinal position of these junction boxes along fiber optic paths, however, will only be determined in the field, based on construction sequencing and the location where the applicable spool runs out of cable." This topic was also discussed with Township staff during a telephone conference in the morning of 29 Aug '17 and we understand from such conversation that the Township staff is now satisfied with the foregoing response. b. Notes and legends on E402A are repeated on sheets 1 through 10. Only notes and legends that are applicable to the layout drawing are to be shown on the layout. Question was posed by the Township on 23 Aug '17 and responded to by Windlectric on 29 Aug '17. As noted in that response, "Notes and Legend details shown on Stantec drawing no. E402A, Rev. H are the same for all sheet no.'s 1 thru 10. The "Overall Layout" is shown on 10 different sheets because of the overall plan view layout size and scale. The Notes and Legend details apply equally to all sheets." c. Fiber optic specifications have not been provided. Please submit for review. Question was posed by the Township on 23 Aug '17 and responded to by Windlectric on 29 Aug '17. As noted in that response, "Stantec drawing no. E450, Sheet 1 and 2 of 2, Rev. C has been added to PCS v5, Section E ‐ ""Collection System Work". This drawing provides fibre‐optic specifications as 24 strand, single mode, 1330/1550 nm." d. Note #7 on Dwg E407A should be shown on all drawings. Note #7 on sheet E407A, sheet 1, entitled "34.5kV collector system ‐ utility and waterway crossing details" reads "All work shall remain within project boundaries and municipal rights of way." This note is appropriate for the subject matter of this drawing sheet. It is not appropriate for the E402A sheets, nor for others that reflect conditions that may be beyond the municipal rights of way. The analogous note on E402A drawing sheets is #4, which reads "All electrical work associated with the collector system and shown on this layout is diagrammatic and shall...
