ELECTRIC APPLIANCES. Tenants may use a small bar fridge at the Site. Electric heaters and large appliances may not be used by the Tenant. Violation of the provisions of this paragraph 11 by the Tenant shall subject the Tenant to a fine solely determined by the Landlord. The Tenant shall pay the said fine within five clear days of receipt of the same. The fine shall constitute additional rent.
ELECTRIC APPLIANCES. Dream Farm has adequate electrical circuits, but please work with us before the Event to assure that breakers are not overloaded. SEPTIC: Dream Farm has a full bathroom in the venue space with adequate septic service for a maximum of 10 people (the “Venue Bathroom”). Clients shall limit access to the Venue Bathroom to the members of the Wedding Party. The Cabin has a bathroom with adequate septic service for the occupants of the Cabin (the “Cabin Bathroom”). Clients shall limit access to the Cabin Bathroom to the registered occupants of the Cabin Occupants (as defined below). Clients shall engage at Clients’ expense a third-party vendor to provide sufficient portable toilet facilities to service Clients’ guests who attend the Event. Except for the Wedding party and the registered occupants of the Cabin, Clients shall direct Event guests to use the toilet facilities provided by Clients’ vendor. Clients shall reimburse Dream Farm for any costs incurred by Dream Farm to remedy septic or plumbing issues as a result of Clients’ failure to comply with the terms of this section, including but not limited to Dream Farm’s cost to pump the septic system.
ELECTRIC APPLIANCES. No stereo, light, lamp or other appliance shall be attached to or connected to the outlets or electrical system of the Premises which may cause the blowing of fuses or otherwise overload any circuit. Tenant shall notify pool management of all electrical appliances which Tenants desires to use.

  • Orthotic Appliances Coverage for Orthotic Appliances is limited to custom-made leg, arm, back and neck braces, when related to a surgical procedure or when used in an attempt to avoid surgery, and is necessary to carry out normal activities of daily living excluding sports activities. Coverage includes the initial purchase, fitting or adjustment. Replacements are covered only when Medically Necessary due to a change in bodily configuration. All other Orthotic Appliances are not covered. The determination of whether a covered item will be paid under the DME, orthotics or prosthetics benefits will be based upon its classification as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Appliance Client may provide their own backup appliance unit or use Marco’s provided backup appliance unit. If Marco provided, the backup appliance unit, listed on the SOP, will be utilized by Marco in the execution of this service, shall remain the property of Marco, and must be returned if requested. If the backup appliance unit is stolen, damaged or destroyed, Client must pay the replacement cost of the unit. If Client provides their own backup appliance unit, Marco will only be responsible for the management of the appliance.

  • Electric Service 1. The Authority shall make available Electric Service to enable the Customer to receive the Allocation in accordance with this Agreement, Service Tariff No. WNY-2 and the Rules.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Electric If Customer has selected an Electricity Fixed Rate on the Application, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s) which includes Local and State taxes, Gross Receipts Tax (GRT), PJM Adjustment (defined below) charges and adjustments and Utility applied charges and/or fees related to generation, plus the Administration Charge, which includes, Electricity Balancing Amount and third party utility and billing charges. Customer understands and agrees that included in the Administration Charge is the cost of the Energy Balancing Amount (defined below). Customer understands that in order for RITERATE ENERGY to be able to supply Energy to its existing and prospective customers, RITERATE ENERGY enters into supply arrangements to meet the forecasted consumption of its various groups of customers. These forecasts are based on historical data, load shapes and/or estimates. To the extent that actual pooled consumption of RITERATE ENERGY’s Energy customers varies from supply arrangements and/or Customer’s Utility delivery requirements, RITERATE ENERGY incurs a cost in balancing and settling its supply arrangements with such pooled consumption. To ensure a fixed all-inclusive Rate, RITERATE ENERGY has included in the Administration charge, the Energy Balancing Amount, to balance and settle the variance between pooled consumption and supply arrangements (the “Energy Balancing Amount”). In respect of Electricity, Customer understands that there are certain estimated pass through costs, made up of charges to RITERATE ENERGY by the PJM Interconnection (“PJM”) and/or Customer’s Utility, including but not limited to ancillary service charges, the cost of unaccounted for electricity, capacity charges and any replacement or recharacterization of these charges. In this regard, the “PJM Adjustment”, is included in the Fixed Price Rate. Customer acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this Agreement, Customer will not be eligible to receive any net metering credits and other incentives to which Customer would otherwise be entitled. Further, included in the Rate are the amounts charged or billed to RITERATE ENERGY or Customer by Customer’s Utility, the PUC or any other regulatory or government entity, including any taxes, delivery, regulated transmission, regulated distribution, pipeline, compressor fuel, uplift, congestion, locational marginal pricing, invoice market participant, service, billing, or similar or related changes and any, deposits, interest or late payment fees or other amounts in connection with the supply and delivery of Energy to the Premises (collectively, “Regulatory Charges”). Customer agrees to pay the monthly Administration charge for Energy supply (the “Administration” charge).
