Election Not to Renew. You may elect not to renew a Subscription by notifying bookinglab in writing at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the applicable Subscription Term or then-current Renewal Term. bookinglab may elect not to renew a Subscription by notifying you in writing at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the applicable Subscription Term or then-current Renewal Term.
