EL CLIENTE definition

EL CLIENTE podrá dar por terminado el presente Contrato en cualquier momento, siempre y cuando presente una solicitud por escrito a “BANCOMER”, en el cual manifestará su voluntad de dar por terminado el Contrato. La terminación a que se refiere el presente párrafo surtirá efectos el mismo día en que presente la solicitud por escrito el “XXXXXXX”, siempre y cuando se cubran los adeudos y contraprestaciones devengados a esa fecha de acuerdo a lo establecido en el presente instrumento. No obstante, la terminación del Contrato, el mismo seguirá produciendo todos sus efectos legales entre “LAS PARTES”, hasta que el “XXXXXXX” y “BANCOMER” xxxxx xxxxxxxx con todas y cada una de sus obligaciones contraídas al xxxxxx del mismo. En caso de la terminación del presente Contrato y hasta en tanto transcurra el plazo previsto en la presente cláusula, el “XXXXXXX” podrá continuar utilizando la “API Bancomer”, en la forma prevista en el presente Contrato. “BANCOMER” adoptará medidas de seguridad necesarias en sus sistemas, una vez que se dé por terminado el presente Contrato. Cuando “BANCOMER” tenga habilitado en sus sistemas la funcionalidad de dar por terminado el presente Contrato por medios electrónicos, ópticos o cualquier otra tecnología, sistemas de procesamiento de datos y redes de telecomunicaciones, el “XXXXXXX” podrá manifestar su voluntad por alguno de estos medios, con los requisitos que “BANCOMER” establezca al efecto.
