Effects of Termination on Pre-Existing Rights. Each Party's termination rights shall be without prejudice to the rights or claims it may have hereunder against the other with respect to its performance, nonperformance or breach of obligations hereunder. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect (i) any right or obligation of any Party arisen prior to termination; and (ii) the right to use Equipment and Services acquired and paid for under this Agreement, or otherwise exercise the rights granted hereunder provided such rights survive termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 24.8. In the event termination is due to Supplier Events of Default, at Megatel's option, any orders for Equipment or Services placed with Supplier prior to the effective date of termination shall be completed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
