Effects of Laws, Rules and Regulations. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete agreement between the School District and the exclusive representative representing the Principals of the District. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreements, resolutions, practices, concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions. Any statement in this Agreement found to be in violation of any valid rule, regulation or order of State and Federal agencies shall be considered null and void.
Effects of Laws, Rules and Regulations. The Association recognizes that all teachers covered by this Agreement shall perform the teaching and teaching-related services prescribed by the School District, as defined in the Teacher’s contract and elsewhere in this Agreement. The Association will also recognize the right, obligation, and duty of the Board and its duly designated officials to promulgate the rules, regulations, directives and orders that are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. All parties further recognize that the School District, all teachers covered by this Agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to the laws of the State of Montana, federal laws, and valid rules, regulations and orders of state and federal governmental agencies. Any provision of this Agreement found to be in violation of such laws, rules, regulations, directives and orders shall be null and void and without force and effect, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect.
Effects of Laws, Rules and Regulations. The Association recognizes that employees covered by this Agreement shall perform services prescribed by the School Board and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and by school board rules and State and Federal regulations. The Association also recognizes the right, obligation and duty of the school board and its duly designated officials to promulgate rules, regulations, directives and orders from time to time as deemed necessary by the school board insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. Any provision of this Agreement found to be in violation of any laws, rules or State or Federal regulations shall be null and void and without force and effect.

The Exclusive Representative also recognizes the right, obligation and duty of the School Board and its duly designated officials to promulgate rules, regulations, directives and orders from time to time as deemed necessary by the School Board insofar as such rules, regulations, directives and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and recognizes that the School Board, all supervisors covered by this Agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to the laws of the State of Minnesota, Federal Laws, rules and regulations of the State Board of Education, and valid rules, regulations and orders of state and federal governmental agencies. The Exclusive Representative also recognizes the right, obligation, and duty of the Cooperative and its duly designated officials to promulgate rules, regulations, directives, and orders from time to time as deemed necessary by the Cooperative insofar as such rules, regulations, directives, and orders are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and recognizes the Cooperative, all employees covered by this Agreement, and all provisions of this Agreement are subject to the laws of the State of Minnesota, Federal laws, rules and regulations of the State Board of Education, and valid rules, regulations, and orders of the State and Federal governmental agencies. Any provisions of this Agreement found to be in violation of any such laws, rules, regulations, directives or orders shall be null and void and without force and effect.

The Employees recognize that all employees covered by these terms and conditions of employment will perform the services prescribed by the School District and will be governed by School Board policies, rules, regulations, directives and orders which are not inconsistent with the terms and conditions of employment and which are issued by properly designated officials of the School District. Any provision of these terms and conditions of employment found in violation of any law, rule or regulation thereunder will be without force or effect.

Any provisions of this Contract found to be in violation of any such laws, rules, regulations, directives, or orders shall be null and void and without force and effect. The Federation also recognizes the right, obligation, and duty of the School Board and its duly designated officials to promulgate rules, regulations, directives, and orders insofar as such rules, regulations, directives, and orders are not inconsistent with the Terms of this Contract and recognizes that the School Board, all employees covered by the Contract, and all provisions of this Contract are subject to the laws of the State.
