Common use of Effectiveness of the Registration Statement Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of the Registration Statement. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the Closing Date and (ii) to ensure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Effectiveness of the Registration Statement. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event no later than one hundred eighty twenty (180120) calendar days after the Closing Date and (ii) to ensure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Effectiveness of the Registration Statement. The Company shall use commercially its reasonable best efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event SEC by no later than one hundred eighty and fifty (180150) calendar days after the Closing Date and earlier of (i) the closing of the offering or (ii) the termination date, and to ensure insure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout for the term of this Agreement as set forth period specified in Section 4.24.3(a), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Company shall use commercially its reasonable best efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event SEC by no later than one hundred eighty and twenty (180120) calendar days after the Closing Subscription Date and (ii) to ensure insure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Company shall use commercially its reasonable best efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event SEC by no later than one hundred eighty and twenty (180120) calendar days after date hereof (the Closing Date “Effective Date”) and (ii) to ensure insure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout for the term of this Agreement as set forth period specified in Section 4.24(a), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Effectiveness of the Registration Statement. The Company shall use commercially its reasonable best efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event SEC by no later than one two hundred eighty forty (180240) calendar days after the Closing Subscription Date and (ii) to ensure insure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term for a period of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2two (2) years, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Effectiveness of the Registration Statement. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event no later than forty-five (45) calendar days, or one hundred eighty twenty (180120) calendar days after in the event that the Commission reviews the Registration Statement, following the Closing Date and (ii) to ensure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Effectiveness of the Registration Statement. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event no later than one hundred eighty forty-five (18045) calendar days after the Closing Filing Date, or ninety (90) calendar days after the Filing Date in the event that the Commission reviews the Registration Statement, following the date that the Registration Statement is filed and (ii) to ensure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Effectiveness of the Registration Statement. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event no later than one hundred thirty-five (35) calendar days, or eighty (18080) calendar days after in the Closing Date event that the Commission reviews the Registration Statement, following the date that the Registration Statement is filed and (ii) to ensure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Effectiveness of the Registration Statement. (a) The Company shall will use commercially reasonable its best efforts (i) to have cause the Registration Statement contemplated by Section 2.1 to be declared effective by the Commission SEC as soon as reasonably practicablepracticable after filing, but and in any event no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days the 270thth day after the Closing Date and closing date of the Purchase Agreement (ii) to ensure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement“Required Effective Date”).

The Company shall use commercially its reasonable best efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event SEC by no later than one hundred eighty and twenty (180120) calendar days after the Closing Date and (ii) filing of the Registration Statement to ensure insure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Company shall use commercially its reasonable best efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event SEC by no later than one two hundred eighty and seventy (180270) calendar days after the Closing Subscription Date and (ii) to ensure insure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Company shall use commercially reasonable its best efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission SEC as soon as reasonably practicablepossible, but in any event no later than one hundred eighty April 10, 1998 (180) calendar days after the Closing Date " Effectiveness Deadline"), and (ii) to ensure insure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event no later than one forty-five (45) calendar days, or one-hundred eighty twenty (180120) calendar days after in the Closing Date event that the Commission reviews the Registration Statement, following the date that the Registration Statement is filed and (ii) to ensure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Effectiveness of the Registration Statement. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts (i) to have the Registration Statement declared effective by the Commission as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event no later than one hundred eighty twelve (18012) calendar days months after the Closing Date date hereof and (ii) to ensure that the Registration Statement remains in effect throughout the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 4.24.1, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
