Common use of Effectiveness; Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness; Counterparts. This Agreement shall become effective on the date when copies hereof which, when taken together, bear the signatures of the Reaffirming Party set forth on the signature pages hereto shall have been received by the Administrative Agent (or its counsel). This Agreement may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto on different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract, and shall become effective as provided herein. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be as effective as delivery of a manually signed counterpart of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (and by different separate parties hereto on different separate counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract, and shall become effective as provided hereinbut one agreement. Delivery of an executed signature page to this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic email transmission shall be as effective as delivery of a manually signed executed counterpart of this Agreement.

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto on different two or more counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single but one contract, and shall become effective as provided herein. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to of this Agreement by facsimile or transmitted electronically in a Tagged Image Format File (“TIFF”), Portable Document Format (“PDF”) or other electronic transmission format sent by electronic mail shall be as effective as delivery of a manually signed executed counterpart of this Agreement.
