Effective Timing Clause Samples

Effective Timing. Your withdrawal of consent shall be effective within a reasonable time after we receive your withdrawal notice described above. Your withdrawal of consent will not affect the legal validity or enforceability of the Agreement provided to, and electronically signed by, you prior to the effective date of your withdrawal.

Effective Timing. This Agreement shall be deemed to have effect as and from the first date that the Executive became a director and/or officer of Aurinia or of any subsidiary or affiliate of Aurinia or a body corporate in which Aurinia is or was a shareholder or creditor.
