Effective Time of Amendment. The amendment and modification to the Loan Agreement as set forth in Section 1 above shall be retroactively effective as of the Loan Date.
Effective Time of Amendment. This Amendment and the terms and provisions hereof shall be effective as of the date hereof.
Effective Time of Amendment. This Amendment shall be and become effective as of the first Business Day upon which each of the conditions set forth in this Subpart 4.1 shall have been completed to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders (the " Amendment No. 2 Effective Date").

This amendment and restatement of the Prior Partnership Agreement shall become effective automatically as of November 18, 1997 upon the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the General Partner and the holders of 75% or more of the outstanding Class A Units (as of the date of this Agreement).
