Common use of Effective Demand Registration Clause in Contracts

Effective Demand Registration. The Company shall use its best efforts to cause any such Demand Registration to become effective not later than ninety (90) days after it receives a request under Section 3(a). A registration requested pursuant to Section 3(a) hereof shall not count as one of the three demands to which the Designated Holders are entitled thereunder unless such registration statement is declared effective and remains effective for at least ninety (90) days.

Effective Demand Registration. The Company shall use its best efforts to cause any such Demand Registration to become effective not later than ninety (90) days after it receives a request under Section 3(a). A registration requested pursuant to Section 3(a) hereof shall not count as one of the three demands demand to which the Designated Holders are entitled thereunder unless such registration statement is declared effective and remains effective for at least the lesser of (i) such time as all Registrable Securities covered by such registration statement have been disposed of in accordance with such registration statement or (ii) ninety (90) days.

The Company shall use its best reasonable efforts to cause any such Demand Registration to become effective under the Act not later than ninety (90) days after it receives a request under Section 3(a). A registration requested pursuant to Section 3(a9.2(a) hereof shall not count as one of the three demands to which the Designated Holders are entitled thereunder unless such registration statement is declared effective and remains effective for at least ninety (90) dayshereof.
