Effective Date; Expiration Date. This Agreement is effective as of the date it is signed by the Parties. This offer of benefits in exchange for a release of claims and other promises will expire if not signed by Fey and returned to the Company by 3:00 p.m. PST on Wednesday, November 28, 2018.
