Effective Date, Applicability, and Term. This Agreement will become effective upon Acquisition of the Properties by the Tribe. This Agreement will apply notwithstanding Trust Acquisition, and will remain in effect until at least the date when the Loan is repaid in full, and will continue in effect thereafter until terminated or superseded by amendment which explicitly replaces this Agreement.
