Common use of Effective Date and Duration Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Duration. This Contract shall become effective on the date this Contract has been fully executed by every party and, when required, approved by Department of Administrative Services and Department of Justice, or on June 1, 2023, whichever date is later. Unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, this Contract shall expire on May 31, 2025.
