EFFECTIVE DATE AND COMMENCEMENT DATE. 2.1 This GTC shall be effective upon being signed and executed by the Parties, on the date specified in the Special Terms marked as Annex A (“Effective Date”) and shall remain in force throughout the service period or expire on the date specified in the Special Terms marked as Annex A or be terminated in accordance with Clause 11 hereof.
