Effective as a Financing Statement. This Mortgage shall be effective as a financing statement filed as a fixture filing with respect to all fixtures included within the Property and is to be filed for record in the real estate records of each county where any part of the Property (including said fixtures) is situated. This Mortgage shall also be effective as a financing statement covering as-extracted collateral (including oil and gas), accounts and general intangibles under the New York UCC, as in effect from time to time, and the UCC, as in effect from time to time, in any other state where the Property is situated which will be financed at the wellhead or minehead of the xxxxx or mines located on the Property and is to be filed for record in the real estate records of each county where any part of the Property is situated. This Mortgage shall also be effective as a financing statement covering any other Property and may be filed in any other appropriate filing or recording office. The mailing address of Mortgagor and the Mortgagee are set forth in the preamble of this Mortgage and the address of Mortgagee from which information concerning the security interests hereunder may be obtained is the address of Mortgagee set forth at the end of this Mortgage. A carbon, photographic or other reproduction of this Mortgage or of any financing statement relating to this Mortgage shall be sufficient as a financing statement for any of the purposes referred to in this Section.
