Cross County Community Schools will allow parents the opportunity to personalize their child’s interaction with the laptop computer. In essence, parents will be selecting a Personal Technology Plan (PTP) to best fit their child’s needs and represent your family’s value. Please select one of the three options listed below: □ Option One This option keeps the school filter in tact that blocks social networking (i.e., Facebook, Instagram), gambling, gaming, sexual content, pornography or other sites deemed inappropriate by school officials. This filtering runs all school day and would continue to run after school hours and through the weekends. By selecting this option, nothing changes on your child’s filter. □ Option Two This option would open the Internet for your students use, everything other than sexual content and pornography. This filtering would begin at 4:30PM and end at 7:30AM, Monday through Friday and all day Saturdays and Sundays. This option would allow your child to access social networking sites, gambling sites, and gaming sites.

Effective and Expiration Dates. This Agreement shall become effective on the date on which the Agreement has been executed by all Signatories, and shall remain in effect up to a term of 50 years, or until terminated as provided in Stipulation R. This Agreement shall be reviewed a minimum of every 10 years as described in Stipulation S.8 below. The failure or refusal of any Invited Indian Tribe or Invited Consulting Party to sign this Agreement will not invalidate or otherwise affect this Agreement.
