Effect on the Purchase Agreement. Except as specifically amended or modified herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect on the Purchase Agreement. Subject to the consents and amendments provided herein, all of the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement shall continue in full force and effect after the execution of this Agreement and shall not be in any way changed, modified or superseded by the terms set forth herein. On and after the date of this Agreement, each reference in the Purchase Agreement to the “Purchase Agreement:”, “hereinafter,” “herein,” “hereinafter,”, “hereunder,” “hereof,” or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement as amended by this Agreement.
Effect on the Purchase Agreement. This Amendment shall not constitute a waiver, amendment or modification of any provision of the Purchase Agreement not expressly referred to herein. Except as expressly amended or modified herein, the provisions of the Purchase Agreement are and shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed. On and after the date hereof, each reference in the Purchase Agreement to "this Agreement," "herein," "hereof," "hereunder" or words of similar import shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement as amended hereby. To the extent that a provision of this Amendment conflicts with or differs from a provision of the Purchase Agreement, such provision of this Amendment shall prevail and govern for all purposes and in all respects. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Purchase Agreement.
