Effect on Benefit Plans. Neither the value of the Option, nor any Shares or other payments received by the Participants in settlement of the Option, shall be considered qualifying compensation or earnings for purposes of any employee benefit plan in which the Participant participates, unless otherwise explicitly provided by such plan.
