Common use of Effect on Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Effect on Benefit Plans. At all times during the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall be eligible to participate in all executive compensation and employee benefit and welfare plans or programs generally applicable to senior executives of the LLC.

Effect on Benefit Plans. At all times during the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall be eligible entitled to participate in all executive compensation and employee benefit benefit, insurance and welfare plans or programs generally applicable to senior executives of (i) the LLC, during his employment by the LLC, which plans or programs shall not change prior to the assumption of the obligation under this Agreement by the Manager, or (ii) the Manager after his employment by the Manager, provided that the Manager's plans or programs shall be at least equal to those provided by the LLC at the time of the transfer of the obligation to the Manager.
