Effect of this Supplemental Indenture. From and after the Amendment Effective Date, the Indenture shall be deemed to be modified as herein provided but except as modified hereby, the Indenture shall continue in full force and effect. The Original Indenture, as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Original Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument. The Trustee accepts the trusts created by the Original Indenture, as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, and agrees to perform the same upon the terms and conditions of the Original Indenture, as supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture.
Effect of this Supplemental Indenture. From the date hereof, the Indenture shall be and be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance herewith, and the respective rights, limitation of rights, obligations, duties and immunities under the Indenture of the Trustee, the Company and the Holders shall hereafter be determined, exercised and enforced thereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of this Supplemental Indenture shall be and be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of the Indenture for any and all purposes.
Effect of this Supplemental Indenture. (A) Except as expressly supplemented or amended by this Supplemental Indenture, all of the terms and provisions of the Indenture and the Officer's Certificates shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect of this Supplemental Indenture. Except as amended hereby, all of the terms of the Indenture and the Notes shall remain and continue in full force and effect and are hereby confirmed in all respects. From and after the date of this Supplemental Indenture, all references to the Indenture (whether in the Indenture or in any other agreements, documents or instruments) shall be deemed to be references to the Indenture as amended and supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture.
Effect of this Supplemental Indenture. The provisions of this Supplemental Indenture are intended to supplement the Indenture, and the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture will henceforth be read together. Except as expressly supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions thereof, and the Indenture (as supplemented and amended by this Supplemental Indenture) is in all respects hereby ratified and confirmed. This Supplemental Indenture and all its provisions shall be deemed a part of the Indenture in the manner and to the extent herein and therein provided and all of the rights, powers, protections and indemnities of each of the Trustee and the Collateral Agent under the Indenture shall apply to this Supplemental Indenture. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture, the terms of this Supplemental Indenture will control. This Supplemental Indenture shall constitute an indenture supplemental to the Indenture and shall be construed in connection with and form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of the Notes heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be bound hereby.
