Effect of Signature. Warrant Certificates shall be signed by, or bear the facsimile or electronic signature of, the chief executive officer, president, chairperson of the board, chief financial officer, treasurer, any vice president, or secretary of the Company. In the event the person whose facsimile or electronic signature has been placed upon any Warrant Certificate shall have ceased to serve in the capacity in which such person signed the Warrant Certificate before such Warrant Certificate is issued, it may be issued with the same effect as if he or she had not ceased to be such at the date of issuance.
Effect of Signature. Each person signing this Agreement represents that he or she has read the Agreement in its entirety, understands its terms, is duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the parties and agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein. Accordingly, this Agreement shall not be construed or interpreted in favor of or against the State or the Seller on the basis of draftsmanship or preparation hereof.

By entering this Contract, you certify that you have read all the terms and conditions of this Contract and of the Housing Handbook and agree to be bound by the terms of this Contract. This Contract may be entered into by Resident using their advanced preferred first name as registered with the University and Resident agrees that a Contract so signed shall be binding on Resident just as if signing under the Resident’s legal name.
Effect of Signature. By signing this License Agreement, you certify that you have read all the terms and conditions of the San Diego State University Summer 2021 Student Housing License Agreement Terms and Conditions and agree to all of the terms stated herein.
