Effect of Replacement. In the event of the substitution of an Airframe or of a Replacement Engine pursuant to Section 10 of the Lease, all provisions of this Trust Indenture relating to the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine or Engines with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine or Engines were the same airframe or engine or engines, as the case may be, as the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced but for the Event of Loss with respect to the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced.
Effect of Replacement. Should the Owner have provided a Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines, if any, as provided for in Section 4.05(a)(i), (i) the Lien of this Trust Indenture shall continue with respect to such Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines, if any, as though no Event of Loss had occurred; (ii) the Mortgagee shall, at the cost and expense of the Owner, release from the Lien of this Trust Indenture the replaced Airframe and Engines, if any, by executing and delivering to the Owner such documents and instruments as the Owner may reasonably request to evidence such release; and (iii) in the case of a replacement upon an Event of Loss, the Mortgagee shall assign to the Owner all claims the Mortgagee may have against any other Person arising from the Event of Loss and the Owner shall receive all insurance proceeds (other than those reserved to others under Section 4.06(b)) and proceeds from any award in respect of condemnation, confiscation, seizure or requisition, including any investment interest thereon, to the extent not previously applied to the purchase price of the Replacement Airframe and Replacement Engines, if any, as provided in Section 4.05(d).
Effect of Replacement. Until the execution and delivery of the Replacement Deposit Agreements, the Deposit Agreements with the Depositary being replaced shall remain in full force and effect. Upon the execution and delivery of the Replacement Deposit Agreements, the Replacement Depositary shall be deemed to be the Depositary under the Deposit Agreements with all of the rights and obligations of the Depositary hereunder and under the other Operative Agreements and the Replacement Deposit Agreements shall be deemed to be the Deposit Agreements hereunder and under the other Operative Agreements.

Effect of Replacement. In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Airframe or a Replacement Engine as contemplated by Section 10.01 or Article 11 of the Lease and Section 9.08 hereof, all provisions of this Indenture relating to the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine or Engines with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine or Engines were the same Airframe or engine or engines, as the case may be, as the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced but for the Event of Loss with respect to the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced.
Effect of Replacement. In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Engine pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Mortgage and Section 13(a) hereof, all provisions of this Agreement and the Mortgage relating to an Engine or Engines being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Engine or Engines with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Engine or Engines were the same engine or engines as the Engine or Engines being replaced but for the Event of Loss with respect to an Engine or Engines being replaced.
Effect of Replacement. In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Airframe or Engine as contemplated by Section 11 of the Lease and Section 5.06 hereof, all provisions of this Indenture relating to the Airframe or Engine(s) being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine(s) with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine(s) were the same airframe or engine(s), as the case may be, as the Airframe or Engine(s) being replaced.
Effect of Replacement. Should the Lessee have provided a Replacement Aircraft as provided for in Section 8(a)(i), (i) this Lease shall continue with respect to such Replacement Aircraft as though no Event of Loss had occurred; (ii) the Lessor shall, at the expense of Lessee, convey "as-is, where-is", without recourse or warranty except for a warranty against Lessor's Liens, to the Lessee all right, title and interest of the Lessor, in and to the Airframe and the Engine or Engines, if any, installed on the Airframe upon the occurrence of the Event of Loss by executing and delivering to the Lessee such bills of sale and other documents and instruments as the Lessee may reasonably request to evidence such conveyance; (iii) the Lessor shall, at the request and expense of Lessee, assign to the Lessee all claims it may have against any other Person arising from the Event of Loss (except with respect to insurance obtained in accordance with Section 9(f)) and (iv) the Lessee shall be entitled to receive all insurance proceeds (other than those reserved to others under Section 9(f)) and proceeds from any award in respect of condemnation, confiscation, seizure or requisition, including any investment interest thereon, to the extent not previously applied to the purchase price of the Replacement Aircraft as provided in Sections 9(e)(iii) and 8(e)(i).

In the event of the substitution of an Airframe or of an Engine or Engines pursuant to Section 5.06, (a) all provisions of this Indenture relating to the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine or Engines with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine or Engines were the same airframe or engine or engines, as the case may be, as the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced but for the Event of Loss with respect to the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced, and (b) the provisions of this Indenture shall no longer be applicable to the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced, which shall be released from the Lien of this Indenture.
Effect of Replacement. In the event of the substitution --------------------- of a Replacement Airframe as contemplated by Section 8(a) of the Lease or of a Replacement Engine pursuant to Section 7(e) of the Lease and, in each case, Section 5.06, all provisions of this Indenture relating to the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine or Engines with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Airframe or Replacement Engine or Engines were the same airframe or engine or engines, as the case may be, as the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced but for the Event of Loss with respect to the Airframe or Engine or Engines being replaced.
