Effect of Completion. The Warranties and all other provisions of this Agreement insofar as the same shall not have been performed at Completion shall not in any respect be extinguished or affected by Completion, or by any other event or matter whatsoever, except by a specific and duly authorised written waiver or release by a Party who is entitled to give such waiver or release.
