Effect of Alterations on Airport. If and to the extent that Tenant’s activities or proposed Alterations trigger an obligation or requirement on the part of City to make changes to the Airport premises (including ADA requirements), Tenant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless City from and against any and all Losses (as defined below) arising out of such activities or Alterations.
