Educational Materials and Content. Customer will have access to certain educational materials and content (the “Educational Content”) within the Services. Customer recognizes and agrees that the Educational Content is copyrighted by Kronos. Customer is permitted to make copies of the Educational Content provided in *pdf form solely for Customer’s internal training purposes and may not disclose such Educational Content to any third party other than Customer’s employees. Customer may not edit, modify, revise, amend, change, alter, customize or vary the Educational Content without the written consent of Kronos, provided that Customer may download and modify contents of Training Kits solely for Customer’s internal use
