Educational Consultants. The Board may retain an educational consultant or consultants to review the operations of the Academy and the performance of edtec under this Agreement. edtec shall cooperate with the educational consultant or consultants and shall provide those individuals with prompt access to records, facilities, and information as if such requests came directly from the Board. edtec shall have no authority to select, evaluate, assign, supervise, or control any educational consultant employed by the Board, and agrees that it will not bring or threaten to bring any legal action against any educational consultant for the performance of the functions requested to be performed by the Board and which are consistent with this Agreement. The cost to employ an educational consultant shall be paid by the Board.

Promise Schools shall cooperate with the educational consultant or consultants and will provide those individuals with prompt access to records, facilities, and information as if such requests came from the full Academy Board. Promise Schools shall have no authority to select, evaluate, assign, supervise or control any educational consultant retained by the Academy Board. The cost to hire an educational consultant shall be paid by the Board.

GPS shall cooperate with the educational consultant or consultants and will provide those individuals with reasonable and prompt access to records, facilities, and information as if such requests came from the full Board. Only the Board shall have authority to select, evaluate, assign, supervise, or control any educational consultant employed by the Board.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.

  • LABOR/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES Section 1. Labor/Management Committees The parties recognize that the holding of periodic meetings for the exchange of views and information contributes to the effectiveness of the labor/management relationship.
