Educational Benefit. 29.01 Employees obtaining a college accredited associate degree in law enforcement with a G.P.A. of 2.5 or better, shall be paid, as additional compensation, the sum of six hundred fifty dollars ($650.00) per year. Such payment shall be made in December. 29.02 Employees obtaining a college accredited bachelor’s degree in law enforcement with a G.P.A. of 2.5 or better, shall be paid the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per year. Such payment shall be made in December.
