Common use of Educational Assistants Clause in Contracts

Educational Assistants. The regular hours of work shall be six and one-half (6 ½) hours per day, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., exclusive of the lunch break Monday to Friday, from the first instructional day to the last instructional day of the school year. Effective September 1, 2011, the regular hours of work shall be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. exclusive of the lunch break Monday to Friday, from the first instructional day to the last instructional day of the school year.

Educational Assistants. (a) The regular hours of normal work day for Educational Assistants shall be six and one-a half (6 ½6.5) hours per day, exclusive of a meal period, Monday through Friday, for a total of thirty-two and one half (32.5) hours per week. The meal period referred to in (a) above, shall not be less than forty (40) consecutive minutes which will be taken between 8:30 11:00 a.m. and 3:30 1:15 p.m., exclusive of at a time mutually agreed to between the lunch break Monday to Friday, from immediate supervisor and the first instructional day to the last instructional day of the school year. Effective September 1, 2011, the regular hours of work shall be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. exclusive of the lunch break Monday to Friday, from the first instructional day to the last instructional day of the school yearemployee.

Educational Assistants. The regular Educational Assistants’ normal hours of work shall be those hours specifically assigned by the Division up to a maximum of six and one-half (6 ½6) consecutive hours per day, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.Monday to Friday, exclusive of the lunch break Monday to Friday, from the first instructional day to the last instructional day of the school yearmeal break. Effective September 1, 2011, the regular hours of work shall Class supervision will be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. exclusive of the lunch break Monday to Friday, from the first instructional day to the last instructional day of the school yearno longer than forty (40) minutes per day.
