Common use of Education Fund Clause in Contracts

Education Fund. The Employer agrees to pay into a special fund two (2) cents per hour per employee for all paid hours for the purpose of providing paid education leave. Such leave will be for upgrading the employee skills in all aspects of union functions. Such monies to be paid on a quarterly basis into a fund established by Service Employees’ International Union Local Canada.
