Editing by Licensee Clause Samples

Editing by Licensee. Licensee shall have the right to edit and make changes and deletions (and, with respect to only clause (ii) of this Section 8.8(b), additions of recaps) to Licensed Content, without any requirement of consent by or consultation with Licensor or the Televisa Editing and Dubbing Appointee, only in order to: (i) Internal Credits. Eliminate identical internal credits when episodes of any Licensed Content air back-to-back on any Linear Television Channel;
