EBO Date definition

EBO Date. Means the date set forth on Schedule 1 to the Lease as the "EBO Date".
EBO Date. As defined in Section 4.02(a)(F) of the Lease.
EBO Date has the meaning given to such term in Exhibit B to the Lease.

Examples of EBO Date in a sentence

  • Upon receipt by the Owner of all amounts above described as payable, this Charter shall terminate and the obligations of the Charterer to pay Basic Hire on each Payment Date occurring on and after the applicable EBO Date shall terminate.

  • The Charterer may exercise its option by written notice to the Owner given not earlier than 365 days nor less than 180 days prior to the applicable EBO Date.
