EBB Program. The EBB Program is a temporary Federal Government subsidy program designed to help low-income households connect to the Internet and stay connected during the COVID-19 crisis. It was created by Congress and offered by the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) to provide eligible households with discounted internet services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Qualifying households may apply the monthly EBB Program discount to their Internet Service plan, and may see a temporary decrease in the monthly internet Service xxxx up to $50 per month, or up to $75, if the household resides on qualifying Tribal lands. Only customers located in select service areas, as determined by Viasat in its sole discretion, and who meet the eligibility requirements set forth by the FCC, may apply the EBB Program discount to their monthly Internet Service fee.
