Eastern Time. “Business Day” shall mean any day on which the New York Stock Exchange is open for trading and on which the Designated Portfolio calculates its net asset value pursuant to the rules of the SEC. The Company shall provide American Century with net purchase and redemption requests computed in accordance with Section 1.7 hereof. The Company agrees to purchase and redeem the shares of each Designated Portfolio offered by the Fund Prospectus in accordance with the provisions of such Prospectus.
