Easement for Construction. During the Transition Period, the Developer, and thereafter the Association, shall have an appurtenant, transferable easement to enter upon and cross over the Common Elements for purposes of ingress and egress to all portions of the Project; to use portions of the Common Elements and in the case of the developer, any Units owned by the Developer for construction or renovation related purposes including the storage of tools, machinery, equipment, building materials, appliances, supplies and fixtures, and the performance of work respecting the Project; and to maintain and correct drainage of surface, roof or storm water.
