Early Separation From Duty. In the event of an employee's separation from service for any reason prior to taking his/her holidays, vacation days or other compensatory time as provided in this Agreement, he/she shall be paid in a lump sum for the unused holidays, vacation days or compensatory time he/she accrued and is owed up to the time of separation at his/her current rate of pay.
