Early Departures. 1. If you fail to fulfill the responsibilities of your position at camp or violate any camp rule, State or Federal law, or leave voluntarily, your participation will be cancelled and in certain cases you must depart the USA immediately. You will incur additional costs for travel, food, lodging and a contract cancellation fee will be charged.

All dishes must be cleaned and put away. All trash must be removed from the premises and taken with you unless city trash services are available. If there is city services, then all trash must be placed in the xxxxx xxxxx cart provided and taken to the edge of the street for pick up. Upon inspection of the property following your stay, the property manager reserves the right to charge for additional services required to return the property to the state it was in prior to arrival. Items that are left on the property are not the responsibility of the property manager to return and they will be disposed of after cleaning is complete. CHECK IN: Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is allowed ONLY when the property has been cleaned & ready. Prior approval is required by the Property Manager. CHECK OUT: Check out time is 12:00 p.m. (noon). There will a $25 per hour (or portion thereof) past the required check out time without prior approval from the Property Manager. KEY RETURN There is a $25.00 per key charge for each key that is lost or not returned. All keys must be returned to Texas Coastal Properties office. If the office is closed, keys can be dropped in the night drop. CLEANING: Each property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned after your departure. The cleaning fee you have paid will provide for four (4) hours of normal cleaning so that you can enjoy every moment of your vacation. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it in by making sure dishes are done and put away, and the property is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted, and sanitized. Early Departures. The Office Manager or his/her designate may allow employees living outside of the municipality to leave work early with pay during bad weather conditions. This is to ensure the employee's ability to get home safely.

You will forfeit a pro-rated payment of your pocket money and you will incur extra costs for leaving your camp placement early (flight change fees, accommodation and living expenses). As a CCUSA participant, I fully understand that I give up a great deal of privacy and comfort, work long and demanding hours and must adhere to camp and outdoor education organization policies which may be limiting and not necessarily reflect my way of living (curfews, sleeping/living conditions, type of food provided, time on/off, no smoking, no alcohol, inappropriate behavior etc.). I also understand that this program requires a lot of independence and self-motivation. I may be required to live/teach on my own, live in rugged/primitive conditions, and be flexible and willing to adapt to changes as they occur throughout my placement(s). My signature below confirms that I am currently at least 18 years of age and I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms, conditions and rules as detailed above. I agree that all information written and given to CCUSA is entirely correct. I allow CCUSA to send me program information, and updates via email as well as forward my name and address to our preferred travel agent, to other participants who may wish to share a room for any travel options and to participants placed at the same camp or traveling on the same flight. Early Departures. EMPLOYEES DEPARTING THE PLANT PRIOR TO THEIR NORMALLY SCHEDULED SHIFT MUST RECEIVE PERMISSION FROM THEIR IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR IN WRITING. IF THE SUPERVISOR GRANTS WRITTEN PERMISSION TO THE EMPLOYEE TO DEPART EARLY, DEPENDENT UPON THE CIRCUMSTANCES, THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE FOR THE OCCURRENCE. IF THE EMPLOYEE DOES NOT RECEIVE PERMISSION TO DEPART THE PLANT EARLY, IT MAY BE CONSIDERED THAT THE EMPLOYEE VOLUNTARILY TERMINATED THEIR EMPLOYMENT WITH THE COMPANY.
