Eagle Shadow Representative. Eagle Shadow hereby appoints, authorizes and empowers ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (collectively, “Project Manager”) to provide Eagle Shadow’s consent, waiver or approval as required hereunder and to grant extensions of any of the time periods set forth in this Agreement without further action of Eagle Shadow or its Member(s), except for any actions requiring approval by the Eagle Shadow’s Member(s) as a matter of law. All such consents, waivers, approvals, or extensions shall be in writing and signed by Eagle Shadow’s Project Manager or any authorized officer designated in writing by Eagle Shadow’s Project Manager to give such consent, waiver, extension, or approval.
