E-Commerce. The Client acknowledges and agrees that unless expressly included in this Agreement and any relevant terms of use issued from time to time by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the requirements of the E-Commerce Directive (00/31/EC) as implemented in the United Kingdom are excluded to the extent permissible by law.
