Common use of Duty Clause in Contracts

Duty. Consistent with the provisions of this Article 22, the members of the Arbitration Panel shall utilize their utmost skill and shall apply themselves diligently so as to hear and decide, by majority vote, the outcome and resolution of any dispute or disagreement submitted to the Arbitration Panel as promptly as possible, but in any event (unless otherwise agreed) on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the appointment of all the members of the Arbitration Panel. None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22.

Duty. Consistent with the provisions of this Article 22Section 26.32, the members of the Arbitration Panel shall utilize their utmost skill and shall apply themselves diligently so as to hear and decide, by majority vote, the outcome and resolution of any dispute or disagreement submitted to the Arbitration Panel as promptly as possible, but in any event (unless otherwise agreed) on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the appointment of all the members of the Arbitration Panel. None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22Section 26.32.

Consistent with the provisions of this Article 22Section 37, the members of the Arbitration Panel shall utilize their utmost skill and shall apply themselves diligently so as to hear and decide, by majority vote, the outcome and resolution of any dispute or disagreement submitted to the Arbitration Panel as promptly as possible, but in any event (unless otherwise agreed) on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the appointment of all the members of the Arbitration Panel. None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22Section 37.

None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22.16. ----------

Consistent with the provisions of this Article 22Section 30.34, the members of the Arbitration Panel shall utilize their utmost skill and shall apply themselves diligently so as to hear and decide, by majority vote, the outcome and resolution of any dispute or disagreement submitted to the Arbitration Panel as promptly as possible, but in any event (unless otherwise agreed) on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the appointment of all the members of the Arbitration Panel. None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22Section 30.34.

Consistent with the provisions of this Article 22Section 42, the members of the Arbitration Panel shall utilize their utmost skill and shall apply themselves diligently so as to hear and decide, by majority vote, the outcome and resolution of any dispute or disagreement submitted to the Arbitration Panel as promptly as possible, but in any event (unless otherwise agreed) on on' or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the appointment of all the members of the Arbitration Panel. None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22Section 42.

Consistent with the provisions of this Article 22Section 28.21, the members of the Arbitration Panel shall utilize their utmost skill and shall apply themselves diligently so as to hear and decide, by majority vote, the outcome and resolution of any dispute or disagreement submitted to the Arbitration Panel as promptly as possible, but in any event (unless otherwise agreed) on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the appointment of all the members of the Arbitration Panel. None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22Section 28.21.

Duty. Consistent with the provisions of this Article 22Paragraph, the members of the Arbitration Panel shall utilize their utmost skill and shall apply themselves diligently and impartially so as to hear and decide, by majority vote, the outcome and resolution of any dispute or disagreement submitted to the Arbitration Panel as promptly as possible, but in any event (unless otherwise agreed) on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the appointment of all the three (3) members of the Arbitration Panel. None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22Paragraph.

Consistent with the provisions of this Article 22Section 23.32, the members of the Arbitration Panel shall utilize their utmost skill and shall apply themselves diligently so as to hear and decide, by majority vote, the outcome and resolution of any dispute or disagreement submitted to the Arbitration Panel as promptly as possible, but in any event (unless otherwise agreed) on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after the appointment of all the members of the Arbitration Panel. None of the members of the Arbitration Panel shall have any liability whatsoever for any acts or omissions performed or omitted in good faith pursuant to the provisions of this Article 22Section 23.32.
