Duty to Proceed. Upon receipt of the Owner's Notice of Acceptance of the GMP Change Order, the CM/GC shall furnish the items required by Article 2.1.2 that are not yet submitted, and on the Proceed Order Date, the CM/GC shall promptly begin or continue the prosecution of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents and in accordance with any subsequent Construction Document Change Order.
