Common use of Duty Days Clause in Contracts

Duty Days. The School Board shall establish the number of school days and teacher duty days for the next school year, and the teacher shall perform services on those days as determined by the School Board, including those legal holidays on which the School Board is authorized to conduct school and, pursuant to such authority, has determined to conduct school. The school years for 2017 - 2018 and 2018 - 2019 shall consist of 185 duty days including a minimum of 5 teacher workdays.
