Common use of Duties as Directed Clause in Contracts

Duties as Directed. The relevant General Manager may direct employees under this clause to carry out such duties at their normal place of employment or other locations (by consultation) as may be required from time to time provided that the duties are within the employee’s skill, competence and training.
