Duties as Directed. 11.1 The relevant Executive General Manager may direct employees under this Agreement to carry out such duties at their normal place of employment or other locations (by consultation) as may be required from time to time provided that the duties are within the employee’s skill, competence and training, satisfy any relevant professional code of ethics and do not pose a substantial risk of death or personal injury to any person.
