Duties and Supervision. Except as otherwise provided in Paragraph 13 below, EMPLOYEE shall perform the duties of President, Reedley College of the DISTRICT. The duties of this position shall be as prescribed under California law, DISTRICT policy, by the DISTRICT’s Governing Board (“Board”) and the Chancellor. All powers and duties shall be executed in accordance with DISTRICT policy and applicable law. EMPLOYEE shall report to and be supervised by the Chancellor.

During the term of his employment, Employee agrees to devote his full business and professional time, energy, diligence and best efforts to the business and affairs of Techne, and to perform such services and duties Employee may from time to time be assigned by Techne, and specifically its Chief Executive Officer.

During the term of this Agreement, Employee agrees to devote best efforts to the business and affairs of the Company and agrees to perform such reasonable services and duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to him by the Chief Executive Officer. While employee is employed by the Company, Employee will not perform services for any other person, firm or corporation, either as an employee or as an agent or other independent contractor without the express consent of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. During Executive's employment by Northwest, Executive agrees to devote his full-time best efforts to the business and affairs of Northwest, and agrees to perform such services and duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to him by the Board of Directors of Northwest. Executive shall be held fully accountable for the results of Northwest. During the term of Executive's employment with Northwest, Executive will not perform services for any other person, firm or corporation, as an employee, agent, independent contractor, or in any other capacity, without the express consent of the Board of Directors of Northwest. Executive agrees to comply in every respect with the general standards and policies of Northwest in effect from time to time, all of which Northwest reserves the right to change in its sole discretion.

During the Term of Executive's employment by Northwest, Executive agrees to devote his full-time best efforts to the business and affairs of Northwest, and agrees to perform such services and duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to him by the Board of Directors of Northwest. Executive shall be responsible for, among other things, determining objectives for the company, allocating and organizing resources for achieving such objectives, formulating plans and policies, interpreting and applying such policies, determining allocation of duties and authorities of subordinates, and exercising control to see that objectives are achieved in accordance with basic organizational policy. Duties and Supervision. Employee is being employed in the position of Senior Vice President, Novus Biologicals, with his principal location being 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, X-0, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, with required periodic travel to the Company’s Minneapolis, Minnesota location. Employee shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of Novus Biologicals to include, but not be limited to, finance, human resources, and sales, and for planning, managing and overseeing manufacturing, packaging, quality control, quality assurance and the shipping activities of existing and new products, and will have such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him from time-to-time by the Company. Employee shall report directly to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Employee agrees to devote his full time and best efforts to the business and affairs of Novus Biologicals, and to use his best efforts to promote the interests of Novus Biologicals.
