Common use of Duties and Services Clause in Contracts

Duties and Services. Employee agrees to serve in the position(s) assigned pursuant to Section 3.02 and to perform diligently and to the best of Employee’s abilities the duties and services pertaining to such position(s), as well as such additional duties and services that Employee from time to time may be reasonably directed to perform by the Company. Employee’s employment shall also be subject to the policies maintained and established by the Company that are of general applicability to the Company’s Employees, as such policies may be amended from time to time.

Duties and Services. Employee agrees to serve in the position(s) assigned pursuant position referred to in Section 3.02 2.2 hereof and to perform diligently and to the best of Employee’s abilities the usual and customary duties and services pertaining appertaining to such position(s)positions, as well as such additional duties and services that appropriate to such positions which the Company and Employee mutually may agree upon from time to time may be reasonably directed to perform by the Companytime. Employee’s employment shall also be subject to the policies maintained and established by the Company that are of general applicability to the Company’s Employeesemployees, as such policies may be amended from time to time.
