Except to attend to those business interests of the Executive set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, the Executive shall devote his full productive time time, skill, energy and best efforts attention to the performance business of the Company and shall perform his duties in a diligent, trustworthy, loyal and responsibilities under this Section 1(b)businesslike manner.
